Notice of Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel this contract to purchase the goods set out above if you wish. This right can be exercised by sending or attaching a written notice of cancellation to the Customer Services Team at PartyLite UK’s Head Office at the address stated below or via email on: csuk@partylite.co.uk within a period of 30 days following the making of this contract.

If you cancel this contract any sum paid by you or on behalf or in contemplation of this contract shall become repayable to you. Cancellation is effective when sent to PartyLite UK Ltd.

If you have received any goods under this contract you must make those goods available to PartyLite (subject to return of monies you have paid) and you must take reasonable care of them.

The discount code received when signing up to Candle Connection is only applicable to full retail priced items.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any PartyLite product, please contact your Affiliate or the Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery for replacement, exchange or full refund. Should you remain unsatisfied with the service received, please contact Customer Services at PartyLite UK Ltd on csuk@partylite.co.uk or in writing to the address stated below.

Quality Guarantee:

Additionally, PartyLite guarantees the quality of every item supplied and will replace any defective item returned within one year of delivery. To exercise this Guarantee please contact either your PartyLite UK Affiliate or the Customer Service Team: details found below. PartyLite UK Ltd (a subsidiary of PartyLite Worldwide, LLC) will use and retain the personal details which you have provided on this form (and any other information which you may provide to us) primarily to enable us to process your order and conduct after-sales service. We may also use your details to inform you of PartyLite products and opportunities in which you might have an interest, or for our own market and strategic research. We may disclose aggregated customer data to a third party, which would be engaged by PartyLite to conduct data analysis. However, we will not rent or disclose your details to any third party. The satisfaction and quality guarantees do not affect your statutory rights. PartyLite appreciates your consent with this order to save/use your personal data within PartyLite’s information system, including outside the EU. We do this only for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing effective after-sales service and advising you of new PartyLite information.
